Dr. Jonathan D. Ritschel is an assistant professor, Cost Analysis Program, in the Department of Systems Engineering and Management, AFIT. His research interests include public choice, the effects of acquisition reforms on cost growth in DoD weapon systems, research and development cost estimation, and economic institutional analysis. Dr. Ritschel holds a PhD in Economics from George Mason University, a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and an MS in Cost Analysis from AFIT. Dr. Adedeji B. Badiru is dean of the Graduate School of Engineering and Management, AFIT. He is a registered professional engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering; an MS in Mathematics and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University; and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
