Capt Evan R. Boone, USAF is a cost analyst at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. His research interests include engineering economics and learning curves as applied in a production environment. Capt Boone holds an MS in Cost Analysis from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and a BS from the United States Air Force Academy. (E-mail address: evan.boone.1@us.af.mil)

Dr. John J. Elshaw is an assistant professor of Systems Engineering in the Department of Systems Engineering and Management, AFIT. He holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron, an MBA from Regis University, and a PhD in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Purdue University. Lt Col Clay M. Koschnick, USAF is an assistant professor, Systems Engineering, in the Department of Systems Engineering and Management, AFIT. His research interests include engineering economics, decision analysis, and econometrics. Lt Col Koschnick holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, a BS in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy, and an MS in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
